We began as "U2/OnTap" in the spring of 2007. See former site: u2ontap.blogspot.com. That fall we branched out... U2 plus The Beatles and Johnny Cash for starters.

Come hear some music, see images, lyrics and explore the spiritual side of music from well-known artists.

Arrive around 7p for dinner and/or drinks if you care to. Order and pay at the counter. Find a seat anywhere you can view the screen.

We are mostly Presbyterian-oriented spiritual folks who welcome all people of other flavors of faith or agnosticism!

There is no cost, other than what you choose to eat and drink. We are all volunteers.

The sessions are led by two 40 something Presbyterians (Brent and Shane), but we're not pushing religion.

Our illustrations and stories will come from a Christian (
Presbyterian
-flavored) context, however, we welcome diverse perspectives.

Really! And without judgment.

This is not a "revival." You will not be coerced or manipulated.

We believe that respectfully exchanging thoughts among people of differing faiths is an act of peacemaking.

Besides, when U2 is the common ground, it's bound to be a meaningful treat!

Most people who attend have connections to these congregations:
Northridge, Northpark, Lake Highlands, First - Garland, First - Dallas and St. Andrew's.

Friends, guests or walk-in visitors find the relaxing environment very welcoming. Join in or be rather anonymous as your comfort level allows.

These sessions are not Bible studies, but we sometimes refer to passages as we find overt or implied connections in some songs.

Behind and In Front of the Scenes

Tom, Brent, Shane and John collaborate on content that Brent writes. Tom and Shane lead audio, video and image production. John is a musician who often performs a live version of one of the songs we explore.  We appreciate help breaking down the set from folks like Tim F.
